These terms govern your use of the website and services provided by Assure Prime Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
Assure Prime Services provides residential and commercial home improvement services including but not limited to countertop fabrication and installation, flooring, tile work, backsplash installation, shower and bath remodeling, outdoor living spaces, cabinetry, and general contracting. We also coordinate with licensed subcontractors to deliver projects.
All estimates are provided after an on-site measurement or consultation. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on material selections, site conditions, or scope changes discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
When you request a measurement or consultation through our website, we will contact you to schedule at a time that works for you. We do not make surprise calls. If you provide a preferred callback time, we will do our best to honor it.
Contractors who apply through our website are subject to review. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into our network. We may verify license numbers, insurance, references, and work history. All contractors in our network operate as independent contractors, not employees of Assure Prime Services LLC.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of contract signing. All checks are made payable to Assure Prime Services LLC.
Workmanship warranties are provided on a per-project basis and outlined in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the customer where applicable.
Our website is provided as-is. We are not liable for errors, omissions, or interruptions on the website. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
When you upload photos, documents, or other files through our forms, you grant us permission to use that content for the purpose of evaluating your project or application. We will not use your photos for marketing without your explicit permission.
By opting in to text messages, you consent to receive messages from Assure Prime Services LLC at the phone number provided. This includes project-related messages and, if separately opted in, marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
